Standard Shipping: $10 on all orders within Australia.
Express Shipping: $15 on orders under $500. Orders over $500 qualify for free express shipping Australia-wide.
All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt, unless the item is made to order. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Refund & Exchange Policy
At Beth Alexander Studios, we take great care to ensure that every item is checked thoroughly before shipping. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer change of mind returns and exchanges according to the following guidelines.
Return Policy
We offer full refunds or exchanges on full-price items under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Condition: Garments must be unused, in original and saleable condition
- Tags & Packaging: Items must have the original tags attached and be returned in the original packaging.
Requesting a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@bethalexanderstudios.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Preferred Return Type (Refund or Exchange)
- If exchanging, specify the product name, size, and colour you would like to receive.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service to return your items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you are exchanging, shipping for the new item will be free of charge (subject to stock availability).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We are committed to honouring our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect garment. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team at hello@bethalexanderstudios.com to let us know of any issue, and we'll work with you to resolve it promptly.
Sale Items
All marked-down and sale items are final sale unless stated otherwise. As these items are priced to clear, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, in accordance with our store policy.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or fails to perform as expected, BETH ALEXANDER STUDIOS will repair, replace, or refund the amount paid, in line with your consumer guarantees.
Cancellations
Changed your mind about an order? Please get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
