Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Standard Shipping: The cost is $10 on all orders within Australia

Express Shipping: The cost is $15 on orders under $500. Orders over $500 qualify for Free Express Shipping Australia-wide.

All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Post services.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Pre-Orders: Items available for Pre-Order will be clearly marked on the product page with the expected shipment date. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

If your order contains both Pre-Order and In-Stock items, please note that your entire order will be shipped together once the Pre-Order items are available. To receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for each item.
