Refund & Exchange Policy
At Beth Alexander Studios, we take great care to ensure that every item is checked thoroughly before shipping. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges according to the following guidelines.
Return Policy
We offer full refunds or exchanges on full-price items under the following conditions:
- Contact Us: You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the item that you wish to return it.
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Condition: Garments must be unused, in original condition, and in sellable condition.
- Tags & Packaging: Items must have the original tags attached and be returned in the original packaging.
Requesting a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@bethalexanderstudios.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Preferred Return Type (Refund or Exchange)
- If exchanging, specify the product name, size, and colour you would like to receive.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service to return your items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you are exchanging, shipping for the new item will be free of charge (subject to stock availability).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount of 40% or more are eligible for an exchange or a credit note only. Refunds are not available unless the item has a major fault or cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical product. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product has a major fault or damage that cannot be fixed or replaced with a like-for-like item.
