Delivery and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: $10 on all orders within Australia.
Express Shipping: $15 on orders under $500. Orders over $500 qualify for free express shipping Australia-wide.

All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt, unless the item is made to order. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

PRE-ORDER

Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked on the product page with the expected shipment date. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, please note that your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available. To receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for each item.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Beth Alexander Studios, we take great care to ensure that every item is checked thoroughly before shipping. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges according to the following guidelines.

Returns: We offer full refunds or exchanges on full-price items under the following conditions:

  • Contact Us: You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the item that you wish to return it.
  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  • Condition: Garments must be unused, in original condition, and in sellable condition.
  • Tags & Packaging: Items must have the original tags attached and be returned in the original packaging.

Requesting a Return: To request a return, please email us at hello@bethalexanderstudios.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred return type (refund or exchange)
  • If exchanging, specify the product name, size, and colour you would like to receive

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service to return your items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you are exchanging, shipping for the new item will be free of charge (subject to stock availability).

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@bethalexanderstudios.com so we can resolve the issue.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale are eligible for an exchange or credit note only. Refunds are not available unless the item has been deemed faulty or unable to be repaired or replaced with an identical product.

Final Sale: Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned (this includes exchanges and credit notes) unless the product has been deemed faulty. If you're unsure about fit and sizing, please consult our customer care team before purchasing at hello@bethalexanderstudios.com
